Ingredients

> 4 cups fresh seedless watermelon chunks
> 1/3 cup fresh lime juice, plus more if needed
> 1/2 cup tequila
> 1/4 cup Triple Sec
> 1 to 2 tbsp Nature's Promise ® Organic Blue Agave Nectar
> 1 to 2 tbsp coarse sea salt
> 1 lime, quartered

To Garnish:

> Mint leaves
> Watermelon wedges

Steps

1
Spread watermelon chunks evenly onto an 18x13” baking sheet. Freeze until completely frozen, at least 2 hours.
2
To a blender, add half of frozen watermelon and lime juice. Blend until smooth. Add the remaining frozen watermelon, tequila, triple sec and agave. Blend again. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons lime juice if mixture is too thick.
3
To a small shallow dish, add salt. Run the edge of lime quarters around the rims of 4 margarita glasses. One at a time, tip a glass on its side and roll the rim in salt to coat. Pour the margarita mix into each glass. Garnish with mint leaves and watermelon wedges.
