Ingredients

3 large sweet potatoes, shredded (about 4 cups)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

2/3 cup flour
Steps

Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or until soft.

Preheat oven to 350F.

Peel skin and shred using a grater. Add flour.

Add cinnamon and mix well using hands.

Form tater tot sized balls and place on baking pan.

Cook in oven for 40 minutes.
