Ingredients

> 1 cucumber
> 3 green onions
> 1 inch piece fresh ginger
> 1 (2 oz) bag kettle chips, plus more to serve
> 8 oz shredded carrots
> 6 tbsp teriyaki sauce
> 1 lb Nature's Promise® 92% Lean Ground Beef
> 4 sesame rolls halved

Steps

1
Slice the cucumber and green onions. Grate the ginger. Crush the potato chips. Combine the shredded carrots with half the ginger, half the green onions, and 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce. Cover and chill.
2
In another bowl, mix the ground beef and crushed potato chips with the remaining ginger, green onions, and teriyaki sauce.
3
Divide the meat into 4 equal portions and shape into burgers. Cook in a nonstick frying pan without oil or butter until browned and cooked through, turning once, about 10 min.
4
Arrange a few cucumber slices over the bottom half of each roll. Top with a burger, some of the carrot salad and the top half of the roll. Serve with the remaining cucumber, carrot salad and extra chips.
