Ingredients

12 oz chicken breast

1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 (3 1/2 oz) pkgs sliced shiitake mushrooms

6 green onions, sliced
>
1 stalk celery thinly sliced
>
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen long grain rice
>
2 cups broccoli slaw
Steps

Cut chicken into cubes and mix with teriyaki sauce. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet and sauté the chicken over medium-high heat for 3 min.

Reduce heat to low and add the mushrooms, onions and celery. Cook for 4 min. Add the rice and 2 tbsp water and cook for another 5 min. Stir frequently.

Mix in the sliced celery and broccoli slaw and cook 1 min.
Tips
Top each portion with a fried egg.
