Ingredients

> 1/2 cup Nature's Promise® Organic Yellow Popping Corn
> 2 tsp olive oil
> 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
> 2 tsp chili powder
> 1/4 tsp garlic powder
> 1/4 tsp paprika
> 1/4 tsp ground cumin
> 3 tbsp chopped cilantro (optional)
> 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced (optional)

Steps

1
Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with foil, going up the sides about 2 inches. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. (If using a smaller air fryer, you may want to pop in 2 batches.) In a small bowl, combine the popcorn kernels and oil. Add kernels to basket. Cook 7 min., partially opening and shaking basket carefully every 2 min.
2
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the Parmesan or nutritional yeast, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper. When popcorn is done, in a large bowl or paper bag, toss together the popcorn and seasoning. Top seasoned popcorn with cilantro and jalapeño, if desired, and serve immediately.

Tips

For a shortcut, use 12 cups plain popped popcorn.
