Thai Turkey and Peanut Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients

> 1 lb Taste of Inspirations® Thai Turkey
> 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
> 1/2 cup sliced scallions
> 1 cup cut into matchsticks carrots
> 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
> 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
> 1 tbsp honey
> 1 tbsp sesame seeds
> 8 large lettuce leaves (iceberg, butter, or romaine)

Steps

Chop turkey into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Add the peanuts, scallions, and carrots.

In another small bowl, whisk together the hoisin, lime juice, and honey until smooth.

Toss turkey and vegetable mixture with hoisin dressing until well coated. Place large scoops in lettuce leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
