Ingredients
>
Cooking spray
>
1 (12 oz) pkg Hawaiian rolls
>
1 cup canned or leftover cranberry sauce
>
1 lb sliced deli turkey or 1 cup sliced leftover roast turkey
>
1/2 (6 oz) pkg finely shredded Swiss cheese
>
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
>
2 tsp poppy seeds
>
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
>
1/2 cup store-bought or leftover gravy (optional)
Steps
1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with the cooking spray. Keeping the rolls attached, slice in half horizontally. Spread the cranberry sauce over cut side of top half of rolls.
2
Place bottom half of rolls in prepared baking dish. Evenly distribute the turkey and Swiss cheese over rolls. Place top half of buns on top, cranberry sauce–side down. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, poppy seeds, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush butter on top of rolls.
3
Bake 10 min., or until tops are golden brown and cheese has melted. Meanwhile, if using, microwave the gravy 1–2 min., until warm. Serve sliders with gravy for dipping.
