Whipped Yogurt with Roasted Strawberries

This dessert is light, creamy, and simple to make. Rich and sweet balsamic-roasted strawberries take this to the next level.

> 2 (10 oz) pkgs Nature's Promise® Organic Whole Frozen Strawberries, thawed
> 3 tbsp sugar
> 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
> 1 1/2 cups plain fat-free Greek yogurt
> 3/4 cup heavy cream


Preheat oven to 375°F. In a medium bowl, toss the strawberries with the sugar. Add to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Roast 25–30 min., until strawberries have softened and juices are a deep red.
When strawberries are done, remove from oven. Drizzle with the vinegar and let cool slightly. Meanwhile, to a medium bowl, add the yogurt and cream. Using a hand mixer, whip 2–3 min., until mixture forms soft peaks.
Divide whipped yogurt among serving bowls. Spoon strawberry mixture and juices over whipped yogurt to serve.
