6 oz white chocolate

1 drop red or pink food coloring

36 mini pretzel twists

Red or pink sprinkles or heart-shaped nonpareils, for decorating

Finely chop the white chocolate and place in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1–2 min. in 30-sec. increments, until melted, stirring in between. Stir in food coloring. Transfer chocolate to small resealable plastic bag or piping bag fitted with very small round tip.

On a parchment-lined baking sheet, arrange pretzels. Snip corner of resealable bag and pipe pink chocolate into holes and over centers of pretzels, keeping edges exposed to form heart shape. Decorate with sprinkles as desired. Refrigerate until chocolate sets.
