Ingredients

1 (12 oz) pkg chicken potstickers

1 tbsp olive oil

1 (12 oz) pkg Steam Ready Frozen Riced Cauliflower

1 (12 oz) pkg Steam Ready Garden Fresh Medley Frozen Vegetables

2 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
>
1 tbsp rice vinegar
>
2 tsp sesame oil
>
1 tsp honey
>
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
To Garnish (Optional):

Chopped green onions

Sesame seeds

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil on high. Add the potstickers and cook 4–5 min., until cooked through. Drain in a colander and toss with the olive oil.

Meanwhile, microwave the cauliflower and vegetables according to package directions. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, and crushed red pepper, if using, with 1 tbsp water.

Among 4 bowls, divide the cauliflower rice. Top with the vegetables and potstickers. Spoon sauce over mixture and garnish with the green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
