Slow Cooker Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients

> 2 (1 lb) pkgs petite top sirloin
> 3 tbsp cornstarch
> 3/4 cup low-sodium beef broth
> 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
> 1 tbsp honey
> 1 tbsp sesame oil
> 1 tbsp Sriracha (optional)
> 3 cloves garlic, minced
> 1 tbsp minced ginger
> 1 (16 oz) pkg frozen broccoli florets
> 2 (8.8 oz) pkg Nature's Promise ® Whole Grain Brown Rice

To Garnish:

> Chopped green onions
> Sesame seeds

Cut the steak thinly against the grain into 2-inch pieces. In a medium slow cooker, toss together the cornstarch and beef. To slow cooker, add the beef broth, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, sriracha, if using, garlic, and ginger. Season with salt and pepper. Stir together to combine. Top with the frozen broccoli. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours, until very tender.

Microwave the rice according to package directions. Garnish the beef and broccoli mixture with the green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice.

Tips

After cooking, the slow cooker can be set to “keep warm” until ready to serve.
