Whether you’re managing diabetes, PCOS, or aiming to support overall health, balancing blood sugar starts with your diet. The good news? It’s not just about avoiding or limiting certain foods—it’s about including the right ones. Fiber-rich foods play a large role in blood sugar management, and they come with other benefits too, like supporting digestion and heart health. The bad news? Most adults need about 25 grams per day, and many of us don’t get enough.

The key to hitting your fiber goals is finding delicious recipes that you actually look forward to eating. That’s where SavoryOnline can help! Here are eight of my favorite recipes that combine fiber-packed foods to create nutritious, appetizing dishes. Bonus: These recipes are ranked on our Guiding Stars system, a rating to help you make more nutritious choices when shopping and cooking. These recipes have received one, two, or three Guiding Stars for having more vitamins, minerals, fiber, whole grains, and omega-3 fats and less saturated fat, trans fat, added sodium, added sugar, and additives like artificial colors. Just one more way to quickly find recipes that may work for you! You can read more about Guiding Stars here
