Mussels and Fries

Ingredients

> 1/4 (32 oz) bag frozen French fries
> 2 (2 lb) bags Nature's Promise® Mussels
> 2 tbsp minced garlic
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1/4 cup fresh parsley

Steps

Bake the French fries according to package directions. Scrub and remove any stringy beards from the mussels.

In a large Dutch oven, heat the oil on medium. Add the garlic and cook 1–2 min., until golden, stirring. Add the mussels and cover. Cook 7–8 min., until mussels just open, shaking pot occasionally.

Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over mussels. Serve mussels with fries, discarding any unopened mussels.
