> 6 large ears corn with husks

Set grill to medium. Pull back husks from corn and remove any silk. Pull husks back into place over kernels.

Place the corn in a large pot and cover with cold water. Let soak 10 min.

Drain corn and place on grill. Cover grill and cook 15 min., turning occasionally, until kernels are tender and charred in spots.
