Acai Bowl with Nutella®

The acai berries are known for their powerful antioxidants, and a spoonful of Nutella® will make every Acai Bowl one to remember!

Ingredients

> 2 bananas
> 5.7 oz frozen mixed berries
> 1 oz acai powder or frozen acai puree
> 17 oz of almond milk

Toppings:

> 1.5 oz kiwis
> 1/8 mango
> 1 oz raspberries
> 1 oz strawberries
> 1 oz blueberries
> 0.4 oz oats
> 1 oz Nutella ® Chocolate-Hazelnut Spread

Steps

Ideally the day before or 1.5 hours before making the acai bowl, cut the bananas into slices and put them in the freezer.

When the bananas are frozen, in a large blender mix the bananas with the mixed berries, the acai powder and the almond milk.

Peel the kiwis, cut them in half lengthwise and then into thin strips.

Cut the strawberries lengthwise and into thin slices as well. Peel then cut the mango into thin slices.

Pour the acai preparation into bowls and then place a few strips of kiwi, strawberry, mango, three raspberries, a few blueberries, then sprinkle a large teaspoon of oatmeal. Add 0.5 oz Nutella® as a topping.
