Air Fryer Fish Taco Bowls

Shortcuts like frozen battered fish and slaw mix make this fresh, colorful bowl lightning fast. Instead of using an air fryer, you can also bake the fish according to package directions.

Ingredients

> Cooking spray
> 3/4 (19.2 oz) pkg frozen batter-dipped fish fillets
> 2 limes
> 1/4 cup olive oil
> 1/2 (12 oz) pkg vegetable slaw
> 2 (8.8 oz) pkgs Nature's Promise ® Microwave-in-the-Bag Brown Rice

To Serve (Optional):

> Sliced jalapenos
> Chopped cilantro
> Hot sauce

Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray basket with cooking spray. Add fish and cook until crisp, flipping halfway through, about 12 to 13 minutes.

Meanwhile, zest 1 lime into a medium bowl. Add 3 tablespoons juice from both limes. Stir in oil and season with salt and pepper. Add slaw mix and toss to coat. Microwave rice according to package directions.

Divide rice among 4 bowls. Thinly slice fish. Top bowls with slaw and fish. Add sliced jalapeños, cilantro and hot sauce, if desired.
