Ingredients

> 2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen broccoli and cauliflower rice
> 1 bunch green onions
> 1 lb flank steak
> 1 tbsp sesame oil
> 3 tbsp hoisin sauce or stir-fry sauce

Steps

1
Microwave the broccoli and cauliflower rice according to package directions. Meanwhile, slice green parts of the green onions into 1-inch pieces. Finely chop white parts. Thinly slice the steak.
2
In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat remaining 1 tbsp oil on medium-high. In batches if needed, add steak and sliced green onions. Season with salt and pepper. Cook 4 min., until steak and green onions are browned in spots, stirring occasionally.
3
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk the hoisin sauce with 2 tbsp water. To skillet, add hoisin mixture. Cook 1–2 min., until sauce has reduced slightly, stirring. Divide broccoli rice among 4 bowls and top with steak. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Tips

To make your own broccoli rice, working in batches, pulse 1 (32 oz) bag fresh broccoli florets in a food processor until rice-size pieces form.
