Ingredients

1 (3.9 oz) Betty Crocker ™ Sheet Pan Dinner Starter, Lemon Garlic

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

3 tbsp vegetable oil
>
1 (9 oz) bag spinach
>
2 red bell peppers cut in 1-2 inch pieces
>
1 (15.5 oz) can chickpeas

Heat oven to 400°F.

Using a fork, whisk together oil and seasoning in large bowl. Place chicken breasts in bowl with seasoning blend, turning to coat both sides. Transfer chicken breasts to sheet pan with sides.

Add vegetables to seasoning blend; stir well to coat. Transfer to sheet pan with chicken.

Bake 35 minutes, or until chicken breasts are throughly cooked (>165°F).

Drizzle with Lemon Garlic sauce as desired.
Tips
For easy clean up, line sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
