1/2 (24 oz) jar roasted red peppers

1 clove garlic

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 (4 oz) pkg goat cheese

1 1/2 tsp paprika

To blender, add roasted red peppers and 1 tbsp liquid from the jar. Peel the garlic and add to blender.

Add balsamic vinegar to blender, along with goat cheese and paprika. Pulse until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
