Ingredients

2 cups vodka

2/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice (from about 6–8 limes)

4 cups ginger beer

Crushed ice, for serving

In a large pitcher, combine the vodka and lime juice. Refrigerate until cold. When ready to serve, stir in the ginger beer. Let sit for at least 10 min. Serve over the ice.
Tips
For extra pizzazz, use copper mule mugs and garnish with fresh mint, candied ginger, and/or lime wedges.
