Blueberry Cinnamon Butter

Keep this butter on hand in the fridge for up to two weeks, and slather it on everything from toast and biscuits to waffles and scones.

> 1 (6 oz) container  blueberries
> 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
> 1 tbsp dark brown sugar
> 1/2 tsp cinnamon
> 1/8 tsp salt


In a bowl with a potato masher, mash the blueberries. Transfer to a strainer and drain any excess liquid.
With a stand or hand mixer, beat the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt until fluffy and smooth. Add blueberries and beat until just incorporated. Transfer butter to an airtight container and refrigerate until firm.
