Ingredients

4 large portobello mushrooms

1/4 cup Taste of Inspirations Sweet Bourbon Marinade

2 tbsp olive oil

4 slices Cheddar cheese
>
4 seeded hamburger buns
>
1/4 cup mayonnaise
>
4 thick slices tomato
>
4 leaves lettuce
Steps

Preheat grill to medium high. Scrape the gills from the underside of the mushrooms with a spoon until removed.

Brush marinade on both sides of the mushroom and place on the hot grill. Grill for 8-10 min, basting with Taste of Inspirations Sweet Bourbon Marinade until mushrooms are tender. Add cheese and cook until melted.

Spread mayonnaise on buns and toast on the grill. Top with grilled mushrooms, tomatoes and lettuce.
