Brie-Filled Dates

> 1 (10 oz) pkg Nature's Promise ® Medjool Dates
> 6 oz Brie
> 3 oz sliced prosciutto


Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Cut the dates into halves lengthwise and remove pits. Trim most of the rind from the Brie. Stuff Brie into each date half.
Wrap each date half with a strip of prosciutto and place on prepared pan.
Bake 8 min., until prosciutto is crisp and golden brown. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
