4 bratwurst sausages

2 dill pickle spears

Set grill to high heat. Grill sausages for 12–15 min. rotating often, until charred and no pink remains in the middle (or internal temperature reaches 160°F). Cut the dill pickle spears in half lengthwise, and slice plum tomato.

Arrange sausages in buns and garnish with fixings.
