1 1/2 lbs Brussels sprouts

1 1/2 cups seedless red grapes

2 tbsp olive oil
>
2 tbsp honey

1/2 cup walnuts

Trim the thick ends of the Brussels sprouts and halve the grapes.

Heat the oil in a heavy bottom skillet and add the Brussels sprouts and honey. Cover and cook for 10 min. or until tender. Toss every couple of minutes.

Add the grapes and walnuts, and cook for another 2 min. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper.
