Buffalo Corn on the Cob

Fresh corn on the cob gets a twist with classic Buffalo flavors. This super-fast and easy cookout side dish has just 5 ingredients and takes less than 15 minutes.

> 6 ears corn, shucked
> 2 tbsp salted butter
> 2 tbsp Buffalo hot sauce
> 1 tbsp mayonnaise
> 1/4 cup Frigo ® Crumbled Blue Cheese


Wrap the corn in damp paper towels and place on a microwave-safe plate. Microwave corn 3–5 min., until tender. Let cool. Cut or snap the corn cobs in half.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter 30 sec.–1 min., until melted. Add the hot sauce and mayonnaise to bowl with butter and stir until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add corn to bowl and toss to coat. Transfer corn to a serving platter. Top with the cheese. Serve immediately.
