1 egg, whisked

2 (6-inch) flour tortillas

3 slices Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tsp vegetable oil
Steps

Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add egg and cook, stirring frequently, until no longer runny, about 1 to 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Place 1 tortilla on work surface. Top with Canadian Bacon slices, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with cheese and scrambled egg. Top with remaining tortilla.

In another nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Carefully add quesadilla and cook for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully flip and cook another 2 to 3 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut into triangles and serve.
