Ingredients

> 2 tbsp unsalted butter
> 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
> 4 ripe plums, halved and pitted
> 2 cups nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt
> 1/2 cup vanilla almond granola

Steps

1
In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat the butter on medium until melted. Stir in the brown sugar, 2 tbsp water, and a pinch of salt until dissolved.
2
Add the plums to skillet cut-sides down. Cover skillet and cook 3–5 min., until bottoms are caramelized. Uncover skillet and use tongs to flip plums over. Cook 2–3 min. more, until plums are tender when pierced with a paring knife. Remove from heat and let cool 5 min.
3
Divide the yogurt among 4 bowls. Top each bowl with 2 plum halves, cut-sides up. Spoon any remaining cooking liquid over plums and top with the granola.
