Champagne Punch

Instead of mixing individual cocktails at your next holiday party, make a batch of this sparkling mixer before guests arrive. Top off glasses with champagne, sparkling wine, or a non-alcoholic sparkler.

> 1 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice or orange juice
> 2 cups ginger ale
> 2 tbsp lime juice
> 2 tbsp simple syrup
> 1 (750 mL) bottle champagne, sparkling wine, or seltzer

For Serving

> Ice
> Blood orange slices


In a pitcher, combine blood orange juice, ginger ale, lime juice, and simple syrup. Add ice to 6 cocktail or coupe glasses and fill each ⅔ full with juice mixture. Top with champagne, sparkling wine, or seltzer. Garnish with blood orange slices.


Must be 21 years or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Please drink responsibly.


To make simple syrup: In a medium saucepan, combine ½ cup sugar and ½ cup water. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Let cool. Transfer to a glass jar or container and seal tightly. Simple syrup will keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.
