4 graham crackers, broken up

1 tbsp butter

1 (16 oz) pkg strawberries

1/2 (8 oz) block reduced-fat cream cheese

2 tbsp confectioners' sugar

In a food processor, pulse the graham crackers until crumbs form, stopping and stirring occasionally. In a medium heatproof bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Add graham cracker crumbs, stirring to combine.

In a medium heatproof bowl, warm the cream cheese in microwave 30 sec., until soft. Stir in sugar and milk until smooth.

Line a plate with waxed or parchment paper. Dip a strawberry in cream cheese mixture and then roll in graham cracker crumbs. Place on plate and repeat with remaining strawberries.
