Cheesecake-Dipped Strawberries

This poppable dessert features all the delicious creaminess of a cheesecake filling and the sweet crunch of a graham cracker crust in a fraction of the time and calories.

> 4 graham crackers, broken up
> 1 tbsp butter
> 1 (16 oz) pkg strawberries
> 1/2 (8 oz) block reduced-fat cream cheese
> 2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
> 1 tbsp milk


In a food processor, pulse the graham crackers until crumbs form, stopping and stirring occasionally. In a medium heatproof bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Add graham cracker crumbs, stirring to combine.
In a medium heatproof bowl, warm the cream cheese in microwave 30 sec., until soft. Stir in sugar and milk until smooth.
Line a plate with waxed or parchment paper. Dip a strawberry in cream cheese mixture and then roll in graham cracker crumbs. Place on plate and repeat with remaining strawberries.
