2 avocados

3 Roma tomatoes

alfalfa sprouts

1 (10 oz) jar pesto

6 sun-dried tomato or spinach wraps

Chop avocados and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.

Combine vegetables, chicken, and pesto in bowl.

Warm tortillas in microwave. Place a portion of the mixture onto center of each tortilla, top with sprouts, and fold tortilla into a wrap.
Tips
• Add mayo to the pesto for more of a pesto aioli style sauce.
• Put the wrap in a panini press if you have one.
• Add crispy bacon for added flavor.
