> 2 1/2 cups prepared salsa
> 10 small disposable cups
> 1 cup light sour cream
> 1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
> 2 (9 oz) bags Nature's Promise® Organic Blue Tortilla Chips
> 2 green onions
Divide the salsa among the cups (about ¼ cup in each). Top with the sour cream, then the cheese.
Stick the tortilla chips into the mixture. Thinly slice the green onions and sprinkle over chips.
