Chocolate Brownie Bites

These rich, chocolatey bites are packed full of protein and natural sugar. For extra chocolatey flavor, swap the nut butter for chocolate-hazelnut spread.

> 3/4 cup chopped Nature's Promise® Organic Medjool Dates
> 1/2 cup rolled oats
> 1/4 cup smooth nut butter
> 2 tbsp cocoa powder
> 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips


To a small bowl, add the dates and enough hot water to cover. Let sit 5–10 min., until dates are softened, then drain well. Line a baking sheet with parchment. To a food processor, add soaked dates, oats, nut butter, and cocoa powder. Pulse until smooth. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Add the mini chocolate chips and stir to combine.
Divide mixture into tablespoon-size balls and place on baking sheet. Roll into smooth balls. Refrigerate 30 min. before serving.
