Ingredients

> 2 (16 oz) pkgs ready-to-bake chocolate chip cookie dough
> Cooking spray
> 1/2 (16 oz) can vanilla frosting
> Rainbow sprinkles, as needed

Steps

1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Let the cookie dough sit at room temperature 10 min. to soften slightly. Meanwhile, grease a 9-inch round cake pan with the cooking spray and line with parchment.
2
Tear off chunks of cookie dough along perforations. Reserve 3 cookies for another use and gently press remaining dough into prepared pan in even layer. Bake 25–30 min., until set, puffed around edges, and golden brown. Let cool completely in pan.
3
When cool, using the parchment, transfer cookie cake to a serving plate. Transfer the frosting to a piping bag fitted with decorative tip of choice. Pipe frosting around edge of cake as desired. Decorate with the sprinkles.
