Chocolate–Peanut Butter Bark

This chocolate bark is packed with swirls of peanut buttery protein and gobs of cookie dough. Pack it up to share with friends this Pride Month.

Ingredients

> 3/4 (16.5 oz) box Love Good Fats® Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Plant-Based Bars, divided
> 1 (4.4 oz) milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate bar
> 2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co.® White Chocolatey Wonderful Peanut Butter Spread
> 2 tbsp Peanut Butter & Co.® Dark Chocolatey Dreams Peanut Butter Spread
> Coarse sea salt or flaky salt, as needed

Line an 18x13-inch baking sheet with parchment. Using a serrated knife, finely chop 6 plant-based bars and the chocolate bar. Transfer to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 2 min., in 30-sec. intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Chop remaining 2 plant-based bars and set aside.

Add the two peanut butter spreads to separate small bowls. Microwave 40 sec., in 20-sec. Intervals., stirring between.

Pour melted chocolate onto parchment, using a spatula to spread into a thin, even layer. Drizzle melted peanut butter spreads in parallel lines on top of chocolate. Using a toothpick or butter knife, swirl peanut butter spreads into chocolate.

Scatter chopped plant-based bars over chocolate, gently pressing in larger pieces. Sprinkle the sea salt over top. Freeze 15 min., until set. Break bark into pieces.
