Ingredients

1 (16 oz) pkg fresh ground chorizo sausage

8 crunchy taco shells

1 cup shredded white Cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped cilantro

2 tbsp chopped red onion
>
1 jalapeno, finely chopped (optional)

To a 12-inch skillet, add the chorizo and cook 7 min. on medium-high until browned, breaking up chorizo with back of wooden spoon.

Warm the taco shells according to package directions, if desired. Build tacos at the table with chorizo, Cheddar, tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, and jalapeño, if desired.
