1 (16 oz) pkg chocolate chip cookie dough

3 cups vanilla ice cream

1 cup low-fat milk
To Garnish (optional):

Whipped cream

Maraschino cherries

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Using a serrated knife, cut the cookie dough into 1–inch pieces. Place dough pieces on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 min., until pieces are golden brown. Let cool.

To a blender, add the ice cream and milk. Add half of baked cookie pieces and blend on high 1–2 min., until smooth.

Divide milkshake among 4 glasses. Top with the whipped cream and maraschino cherries, if desired, and remaining cookie pieces.
