> 2 cups cucumbers (2 medium ) sliced about 1/8 inch thick
> 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
> 1/2 cup non-fat (0%) Greek yogurt
> 2 tbsp lemon juice
> 1 tbsp sugar
> 1 tsp fresh dill weed
> Pepper to taste


In a medium bowl, mix onion, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and dill weed.
Add the cucumbers and stir to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
