2 cups cucumbers (2 medium ) sliced about 1/8 inch thick

1 cup thinly sliced red onion

1/2 cup non-fat (0%) Greek yogurt

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp fresh dill weed

Pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, mix onion, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and dill weed.

Add the cucumbers and stir to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
