Ingredients

> 3 (14 oz) cans whole berry cranberry sauce
> 2 (1/4 oz) envelopes unflavored gelatin
> 1/4 cup mayonnaise
> 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained well
> 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
> Cooking spray

Steps

1
To a heavy-duty medium pot, add the cranberry sauce and gelatin. Heat on medium and stir until gelatin has dissolved.
2
Bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and let mixture cool and thicken for 5 min. Whisk in the mayonnaise, then fold in the pineapple and walnuts. Lightly coat an 8x8-inch baking pan or a 6-cup mold with the cooking spray and transfer mixture to it. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 6 hours.
