Ingredients

> 1 lime
> 2 (5 oz) cans wild caught chunk light tuna in water
> 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
> 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, plus leaves to garnish
> 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion
> 1 tsp Nature's Promise® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
> 1 ripe avocado
> 4 medium radishes, trimmed
> 4 corn tostadas
> 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced (optional)

Steps

1
Halve the lime. Zest and juice ½ lime into a medium bowl. To bowl, add the tuna, mayo, cilantro, red onion, and sriracha. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine.
2
Peel, pit, and dice the avocado and finely chop the radishes. Add to bowl with tuna salad and gently mix to combine. Divide tuna salad among the tostadas and spread in an even layer. Garnish with the cilantro leaves and sliced jalapeño, if using. Cut remaining lime half into wedges and serve with tostadas.
