> 1 lb ground beef
> ¾ cup curry paste, divided
> 2 tbsp olive oil
> ½ cup ketchup
In a large bowl, mix together beef, ½ cup curry paste, and olive oil, until well blended. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper. Form 4 hamburgers and cook over medium-high heat for 12 min., flipping halfway.
While burgers cook, whisk remaining curry paste into ketchup. Slather curry ketchup on burgers and enjoy with all your favorite fixings.
