This recipe, inspired by Grandma-style and Chicago-style pizza, is an easy kid-friendly, vegetarian dinner. Add your favorite toppings and serve with a salad on the side for the full pizzeria experience.

Ingredients

> 2 tbsp olive oil
> 1 (16 oz) bag refrigerated white pizza dough, room temperature
> 2 cups low-sodium pasta sauce, divided
> 1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
> 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x13-inch metal or glass baking pan with the oil. Stretch and press the dough into a rectangle in pan.

Spread about ½ cup pasta sauce onto crust, leaving ½-inch border. Add the mozzarella in an even layer over top. Add remaining 1½ cups marinara, followed by the Parmesan. Bake 30–35 min., until dough is fully cooked. Let cool 5–10 min. before slicing and serving.
