In a small saucepan, heat the eggnog on medium 5 min., until steaming. Divide the prepared espresso or hot chocolate between 4 cups and stir in warm eggnog.

In a large coffee mug, microwave the milk in 15-second intervals for 1 min., until just steaming, stirring between intervals. To create foam, place a milk frother in the warm milk and blend until foamy. Spoon milk over coffee and sprinkle with the cinnamon.
Tips
To turn this into an Eggnog Hot Chocolate, substitute the espresso with chocolate.
