Eggs in Bread Bowls

These adorable egg bowls bake up quickly for a breakfast the whole family will love. Top the cooked egg with a slice of cheese and bake another minute for a take on a classic breakfast sandwich.

> 4 dinner rolls
> 4 large eggs
> 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper


Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Slice off the tops of 4 dinner rolls. Remove bread from the inside of each roll to create a cavity.
Place rolls on baking sheet and add 1 egg to each roll. Bake 15 min., until whites are set. Season with salt and red pepper


Toast up the bread tops separately and serve them with the eggs or freeze them, along with the insides of the bread, to use later for meatloaf and meatballs.
