Energy Bites

Made with pantry staples and only 5 ingredients, Energy Bites are about as easy as it gets when it comes to a nutritious snack.Each bite is packed with protein and healthy fat, which makes them a perfect choice to curb your hunger or fuel your afternoon. > 1 1/4 cup oats
> 3/4 cup trail mix
> 2 tsp cinnamon
> 1/2 cup peanut butter
> 1/4 cup honey


Mix the dry ingredients (oats, trail mix and cinnamon) together in a large bowl. Stir until the cinnamon coats the oats.
Add peanut butter to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Repeat with the honey.
Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 20-30 minutes or until chilled.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
