Ingredients

1 1/4 cup oats

3/4 cup trail mix

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup honey
Steps

Mix the dry ingredients (oats, trail mix and cinnamon) together in a large bowl. Stir until the cinnamon coats the oats.

Add peanut butter to the dry ingredients and stir until combined. Repeat with the honey.

Cover and refrigerate the mixture for 20-30 minutes or until chilled.

Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.

Serve immediately or refrigerate in a sealed container for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
