French Fry Board

Wow your game day guests with a super-simple french fry board and three delicious dipping sauces, including Buffalo ranch. Customize with curly fries or waffle fries, if you like.

> 1/2 (20 oz) bag sweet potato fries
> 1/2 (26 oz) bag crinkle-cut French fries
> 1/2 (32 oz) bag tater bites
> 1/3 cup ranch dressing
> 1 tbsp Buffalo hot sauce
> 1/3 cup ketchup
> 1/3 cup store-bought guacamole


Preheat oven to 425°F. Divide the sweet potato fries, crinkle-cut fries, and tater bites between 2 large rimmed baking sheets. Bake 25–30 min., until crisp, flipping halfway through.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing and hot sauce. Place the ketchup and guacamole in 2 additional small bowls. Arrange sauce bowls on a board or large serving platter. Arrange fries and tater bites around bowls. Serve immediately.
