Ingredients

4 bags green tea

2 cups boiling water

2 cups plain or fruit-flavored seltzer
>
1 tbsp honey
>
2 cups assorted fresh fruit such as orange slices, lime slices, peach slices, blueberries and blackberries

8 sprigs mint
Steps

Add tea bags to boiling water and let stand for 3-4 minutes. Discard tea bags and chill brewed tea.

Before serving, add seltzer and honey or sugar to the chilled tea.

Fill each glass with ice cubes, fresh fruit and green tea. Top with mint. Serve immediately.
