Ingredients

> 1 cup parsley
> 6 tbsp butter, melted
> 3 tbsp minced garlic
> 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
> 1 (7.5 oz) pkg refrigerated biscuit dough

Steps

1
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Finely chop the parsley.
2
In a medium bowl, mix the butter, garlic, parsley, and half of the Parmesan. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper. Separate the biscuits and quarter each. Roll each piece of dough into a ball.
3
Dip dough balls into garlic butter and place 3 balls in each cup of 2 muffin tins. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter left in bowl over dough. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and bake 12 min., until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the rolls from the muffin tin and serve warm.
