Ingredients

1 lb peeled, deveined shrimp

1 (12 oz) pkg frozen stir fry vegetables

1 (16 oz) pkg whole wheat spaghetti

1 (2 inch) piece fresh ginger
>
1/2 cup sesame ginger dressing
Steps

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions in salted water.

Add the vegetables 3 min. before spaghetti is done cooking.

Add the shrimp 2 min. before spaghetti is done cooking.

Peel and grate the ginger.

Drain the cooked spaghetti, shrimp, and vegetables well and toss with the dressing and chile pepper. Season with salt.
