> 1 (4 oz) pkg goat cheese
> 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
> 1 1/2 tbsp honey
> 1/2 cup bean sprouts
> 1/2 (12 oz) pkg mini cucumbers
> 1/2 (16 oz) pkg baby carrots
> 1/2 (16 oz) bag radishes
In a large bowl, mix together goat cheese, Greek yogurt, and honey. If mixture does not come together easily, add a few drops of water. Stir in ¾ of the sprouts and season to taste with salt (in moderation) and pepper. Garnish with the remaining sprouts.
Halve the cucumbers and the carrots and place in bowls. Remove tops from radishes, leaving 1-inch stems intact. Serve dip with veggies.
